Liposuction aims to correct localized fat called structural fat (double chin, flank, belly, breeches, inner thighs, knees and ankles, etc.) in a patient who has a weight in Standard. In case of excess weight, it is better to follow a weight loss before any intervention.

There are different techniques:

Depending on the importance of liposuction, the procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis or require a night in the clinic. The type of anesthesia is determined by the number of areas treated.

We practice liposuction with the American Microaire® system. It is a lipoaspiration technique that uses fine cannulas that vibrate to practice a regular aspiration and less traumatic.

During the days following the operation, a certain number of (blue) echymoses are to be expected, accompanied by pains comparable to muscular aches. After 7 days, it is possible to resume his professional activity. Wearing a lipopanty (sheath) is recommended for a period of 1 to 2 months. The final result is judged after about 6 to 12 months.

This operation aims to correct the sequelae left by one or more pregnancies or by a great loss of weight. The abdominoplasty corrects the excess skin and the possible muscular relaxation of the abdominal belt (diastase of the white line).

The classic abdominoplasty with transposition of the umbilicus requires general anesthesia with hospitalization of 2 nights / 3 days. The removal of the threads is done after the first and second week. Wearing a panty (sheath) is recommended for 2 to 3 months. The professional activity can be resumed after 2 weeks.

The mini-abdominoplasty is a less invasive procedure that is different from the abdominoplasty with a smaller scar. This operation is practiced if the problem of excess skin is located mainly below the umbilicus. The professional activity can be resumed after 1 week.

The scars are discreetly placed in the umbilicus and another scar, low and horizontal or “V” hidden in the panties.

Skin needling is a dermato-surgical treatment that aims to significantly improve the cutaneous texture. It consists in applying to the area concerned a roller provided with multiple fine needles. The perforation of the needles causes subcutaneous bleeding generating a cascade of biochemical reaction which has the effect of regenerating the dermis and the epidermis. The results are already visible after a few weeks. Face and body can be treated.

It is not uncommon to associate it with another intervention such as liposuction.
